Fix recipe overlap for deploying #91

The recipes were inconsistent with the crafting previously. They also overwrote the existing cogwheel recipe via deploying.

This is great, thank you. These recipe files are all generated though so these changes will be overwritten whenever datagen is run. I'll get that patched for the next release though. Thank you for the help :)
