KeyStore import not working correctly #2497

Keystores created with eth-account throw errors when importing to Rabby

Downstream, the issue is with @noble/hashes (by way of several dependency hops) https://github.com/paulmillr/noble-hashes/issues/61#issuecomment-2315618785

@ethereumjs/wallet@3.0.0-alpha.1 is working. Waiting for a stable release.
