Add localization to Brazillian Portuguese #36

Please check the files before merging. I'm not a coder, so I might have messed up the syntax in the module.json or in the lang file itself. Thanks for your amazing module.

Thanks for the help with the translation! I ran into some issues when reviewing for the merge. I ended up just creating the required files and changes on my end using the data you provided, I also added the translated item compendiums for the different systems. I have pushed these changes up to the main branch so am going to close this pull request as the data has already been added. I credited you for the translation in the release notes. Thanks again for your help!
