EPIC: Download in different formats #5

As a user, I want to be able to download the models or datasets in different formats (e.g., dimacs), for use in my own projects.

Frontend:

Each dataset will have a button for each available format so that it can be downloaded

Backend:

Each button will download the corresponding dataset in the specified format
