Some adults, especially women, don't share their birth year #37

so an option for no year or a blank year so i can still get their birthday on the month and day, but not the year

and if i do not have a year, these people do not show up on the year view

I solved this with putting a 1900 behind it for now. Not ideal but ok until no years are supported
