Crash on select thumbnail folder in preferences #93

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Editor Preferences
2. click on [Select Folder]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Would expect file dialog, flowblade instead crashed. Choosing the folder for 
rendered files works perfect.

Marking fixed, release 0.16 fixes this.
