Story

As a user, I can be alerted before saving my data that it is wrong so that I can change it before saving.

Acceptance Criteria

Phone number must be numeric and 11 digits
only 7 days or less
only 168 days or less

Tasks

[x] add Javascript that prevents saving on submit until the requirements of validation are met.
