Bug: Volunteer section missing from Admin panel on local copy

Story

As a administrator, I can use the volunteer section in the admin panels so that I can perform administrator tasks on volunteer section.

Acceptance Criteria

• Volunteer panel is working in admin site

Had commented out this in the admin file while trying to fix the datatype error- once uncommented this worked again.
