Hover information on plots #30

When hovering over a plot, ion the hover box display nearest atom information. This might be possible in the heatmap but maybe not the contour plot - see the example here in python: https://plotly.com/python/hover-text-and-formatting/

Feddback, make the default nearest only. In admin give option to have a range.
