Bug navigation doesn;t work when I change all atoms #78

If I change all the atoms and then try to navigate it doesn;t work. Bizarre. Presumably my check on whether the user has changed the coordinates or the string value of the atom is causing it.

It navigates relevant to the catom not the given coords.
