The example used has no labels on it. While I understand that it belongs to the previous feature, this may have confused the users to think that this feature belongs to the adding of nurse feature since that feature is directly written below

Thank you for taking the time to submit this bug. However, as you can see in the result box, it says added new patient and furthermore, there is an additional picture below for adding nurse. Due to these two factors, we believe it is enough for the user to understand that this picture is for adding patient and not the nurse.
