it stay in boot from flash mode #3

I build the board according to your designs, I don't have to push the boot button as it stays in boot mode. I used the MCU from an rp pico. all other parts are new. I measure 3.25v at CLR pin 1. boot switch removed makes also no difference.

that problem is solved. it was a fake/broken Flash chip.
