Handle 404 on front-end #87

Once #86 gets merged we will need 404s handled by Secretary

@smogg Could you elaborate on what this means? What 404s? I thought the ring handler always returned the same page for everything?

It does. Even for routes that don't exist on the front-end. Which means, I need to add some 404 there
