Fedora 29 version comparison fix and RHEL/CentOS 8.0 instead of 7.6 #65

The change in question won't be made until RHEL/CentOS 8.0, and not 7.6. Fedora 29 has the NetworkManager plugin ifcfg-rh as stop gap until 8.0 versions are verified.
