Drag&drop items out of "Starting items" window doesnt delete them, but subtract gold cost. #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drag an item from Starting items window
2. Drop it anywhere on UI except other item windows

Item stays in Starting item window, gold subtracted.

Should be: item deleted from starting items and gold subtracted or nothing 
changes at all.

Version 1.44
