No quick-items in shop since editing Medusa #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Change loadout for Medusa
2.Load game
3.Witness the horrifying lack of quick-items in the shop

I've tried restoring the backup from the backups folder, deleting Dota the 
contents of my dota folder and re-verifying,  nothing seems to recover the 
quick items!

I thought it might be storing things in the Steam Cloud so I disabled that, but 
to no avail.

Any suggestions? :(

There won't be an update for this tool anymore.
Please use the new Guide System.
