What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Download on My Library of Black Pandigital Novel 
2. Clicking downloaded "picture" eBook
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting to see Download Complete, instead see Download error. 
WebserviceError.FORMAT_ERROR

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Black Pandigital Novel ANDROID

Please provide any additional information below.

Hardware Platform: RD101-2GB-W 
Platform Software: AN15-11-05-2010-7D
