It would be great to get the following new buttons in wifilocker (which should
probably change the name to reflect its capabilities)
1. start stop adb should be split into "Start/Stop ADB over USB" and
"Start/Stop ADB over wifi"
2. "Start/Stop VNC"
3. "Restart Nook" after confirmation prompt
