time: wrong time with automatic time update #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed update 2011-03-08

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The clock is showing 10:43 instead of 11:43, but adjusting is after update not 
possible any more.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Beta 2 with updates 03.03.2011 + 08.03.2011

Please provide any additional information below.

Service Provider A1 / Austria / Time zone middle europe.

yes I too loaded the timeupdate fix and the time being displayed is exactly 8 
hours behind what it should be ie. as Perth, Australia is GMT + 8 it is 
displaying GMT time and ignoring the time zone of adding 8 hours.
