phone: when i start any application a popup appears

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select the messaging, contacts or any other application system

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normal activities

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
kernel 2.6.32, from kernel_19032011.zip download on 
http://o2droid.phj.hu/index_en.php

Please provide any additional information below.

for each application that I try to run I get a popup with the following error

"The process android.process.acore has stopped inexpectedly.Please try again."

also when I use the file manager and try to go to the root of the sd receive 
the following message

"The folder is empty"

It is as if the user did not start android rights to navigate the filesystem.
