Issue 124 was not the same...
My error was when installing from market or downloading files from web.
(something ralated to SDcard maybe)
Something like: "Unknown error: Aplication is not installed." (my phone is in
spanish)

Hi I found the following error occur which might be preventing market and
google account from working

Error CheckinTask 2094 Checkin failed: https://android.clients.google.com/checkin (request #0)
Error CheckinTask 2094 java.io.IOException: Rejected response from server: HTTP/1.1 400 invalid hardware identifier: "00.21.19.bb.a4.45" is not a valid MAC address (expect 12 hex digits)

According to some users at xda, google checks for mac address IMEI etc and
block devices if these cannot be verified

Hope this information is helpful to solve this issue.

Thank you
