What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install froyo beta1
2. (using a prepaid sim card)
3. install "PhoneUsage" app from jupiter app
4. enable data network
notice something called "SIM toolkit & Settings" keep using ur data usage
through 3g connection silently...for prepaid user this is very annoying...only
workaround is to disable data network usage...any idea what on earth is this
SIM toolkit & Settings? they are separate apps according to PhoneUsage tool.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
there should be idle usage on 3g data when not connected to market or any other
online tools. note that i had disabled all IM notification in those apps
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FROYO image beta1 on i8000 omnia II
