Arabic language problem #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.arabic word shown in system message and contact separated and non phrase 
shape 
2.when installing programs like mirsal and arabic contact from market its show 
them well 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Can you fix this problem so the system read it just like the program mentioned
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
froyo 2.2 beta on WM 6.5 omnia i8000
