Sim toolkit not working #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Menu
2.Sim tool kit
3.prepaid services -> balance inquiry -> a messege pop up (yes or no)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should send me a message about my balance. I waited overnight still I did'nt 
receive a mesage about it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta 1 Froyo
Please provide any additional information below.
On WM it is working
