Incoming call delay #164

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receive incoming call
2. Screen will only turn on after 10seconds
3. Follow by unlock then allow user to pick up. It caused user missed the call.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Allow to pick up the call immediately. No delay to wake up the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Froyo 2.2 beta2. WinMo phone part XXJJ1.

Please provide any additional information below.

Same issue. I now just wait for the screen to come up to slide and press the 
answer button rather than slide accross the screen. Is very annoying though and 
I am using Froyo 2.2 Beta3
