other: shutting the phone down with charger connected results in a reboot rather than a shutdown

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on the phone and start Android
2. Plug in the AC adapter
3. Switch the phone off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of shutting down, it reboots

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta 512Mb with every official update stock GPU drivers, updated to reenable 
vibration and correct su system path.

Please provide any additional information below.
