try to make get a gps position (gps-fix) in winmo first, than boot android 
using HaRET.

GPS works flawlessly here: try getting in the open, updating your phone 
baseband to JJ1 and, quite important it seems, do a complete cycling of the 
phone/GPS chip (Airplane Mode and back) and download XTRA data.
