sleep: process normal take 70-85% CPU load

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running OS Monitor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
using Omnia 2 with the latest Feb 10, 2011 updates

Please provide any additional information below.
Suspect that when process running it drains the battery and makes the phone hot

..again problem with same process   efsd...

it starts burning cpu and cant be killed :( have to restart

Yes, phone in idle (no app open), consuming 50%~70% of CPU. 

For this process:
30%~40%  system_server
10%~30% com.android.com
