What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running Android
2. Open a program eg the phone dialer
3. Forced to close, then it appears again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I never had these errors come up. I used to have media stopped working once in
a blue moon when phone under load but nothing seemed to be effected by this.

Now it seems corruption has kicked in further because on boot I can see text
behind Android screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest beta 2 with 2d/3d graphics drivers. Running on my storage install with
ext2 partition. I found ext3 too slow.

Please provide any additional information below.
Was running for 3 days with no dramas at all after installing setcpu for sleep
issue.
I just reinstalled everything again and it was fixed. But after setting all
settings and programs up I got the error again. Didn't occur after any
particular program and had Android running for about 1 hour with no dramas.

Remove all comments on your contact list.

-> export contact list of gmail to .vcf format
-> edit it with any notepad and remove all the "note" in each contact list.
-> save the .vcf File and after that, you can import your contact list to your
O2.

This is my solution to avoid the "acore" issue.
