A few observations I made while getting things to compile and afterwards

• [x] The Readme doesn't mention the dependency of TurboJPEG.
• [ ] "imu.h" and "imu.cpp" had their paths set to a Dropbox directory.
• [x] "win_cursor_plus" required an "ipc" folder which is missing in the build folder, else it would crash.
• [ ] The area calibration requires the US keyboard layout to be set

Regarding the keyboard layout: I have the German keyboard layout where the 2nd key for the area calibration is different, the others work fine.

Additional to Alex's remarks, built in Visual Studio Pro 2013, Win 7 x64 on mid 2014 macbook pro - calibration window only popped up once and I haven't been able to make it appear again through multiple compiles. This hasn't stopped me calibrating or using the cursor after calibration but I'm having to do this all from memory, using the console window for feedback.
