Temporary fix until org.crowdnotifier:crowdnotifier-sdk-android is upgraded to v4.0.0 (fixes #50).

Created libs root directory with lazysodium-android v4.2.0 (downloaded from https://github.com/terl/lazysodium-android/releases/tag/4.2.0)
Updated build.gradle to include libs root directory
