If someone submits, can launch@radardao.xyz get an email to say someone submitted, just plain text @mrTomatolegit

When I went to 'create project' I couldn't pay with optimism @marcuspang

Which says 'claim with optimism'

What do inactive projects refer to? There are 6 project statuses 

IN_REVIEW = 0
APPROVED = 1
LIVE = 2
BUILDING = 3
REJECTED = 4
CANCELLED = 5
