(portis) integrate portis as popup or not #64

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To be able to send a card, web2 users need to get a web3 wallet and ether. (@Lililashka edit if you want!)

Describe the solution @Lililashka would like Integrate portis into the sender flow, as the primary choice for any user. Both on web2 desktop and web2 mobile.

Describe alternatives you've considered Don't integrate portis as primary choice, but as one of a few choices. Explain to the user precisely what the tradeoffs are.
