Describe the bug

In the event that a vehicle leading a platoon dies by flipping over, the leadership will not be transferred to another surviving vehicle. To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start any mission
2. Take control of a vehicle leading a platoon.
3. Cause vehicle to overturn and die
4. View bug, leadership not transferred to a surviving vehivle

Expected Behavior The vehicle killed by flipping over should transfer leadership of the platoon to a surviving vehicle within the platoon. Screenshots
