T-72M & T-72M1 front wheel and track clipping into the ground

Both models of T-72 have a bug where the front road wheel and the track clip into the ground and "sag" despite being on solid and level ground, and front road wheel noticeably dips below the level of all the others.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go anywhere with the T-72M or T-72M1
2. Look at front road wheel and the tracks
3. Drive forwards and backwards to make the bug more visible
4. See track clip through the ground and front road wheel "sag" noticeably beneath the level of all the other wheels.

Expected Behavior

The track remaining above ground at all times and the front road wheel remaining level with the rest of the road wheels when the tank is stationary on flat ground as seen with all other tanks in the game.
