Describe the bug
In missions with the BMP-1, the commander will yell "Over!" before the Matyulka passes over its intended target. I've tested this repeatedly by steering the missile down after he yells over, and I am able to guide the missile in to a hit, sometimes several whole seconds after he's called that it's over

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
As far as I can tell, selecting any instant action with the BMP-1 will work. I've repro-ed in both tank range and a few instant actions.
Fire a Matyulka at a target, steering it to a path headed over the tank.
wait for commander to call "over!"
guide ATGM in onto target, hit.
Expected Behavior
As far as I understand it, "Over!" is a correction call for a missed shot, so I expect it would happen only after impact as the commander's feedback to the gunner for where the last shot landed.
