When using the M60A1 rangefinder on a target that is on the crest of a hill a third "ghost image" will appear which cannot be brought into line so that it correctly overlays the target even if the correct range is inputted. This causes some visual distraction/confusion when using the rangefinder in this scenario.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Select a map that allows you to play in the M60A1 e.g. Lethargic Liberty
Drive a vehicle onto a crest so that it can be our range finding target.
Take your M60A1 and position it so that so that you are reasonably far away (e.g. 900m) and so that the target will be skylined from your perspective.
Aim at the target and Press E to activate the rangefinder.
Adjust the range on your gun and attempt to find the correct range.
Observe that alongside the usual ghost image that "follows" the target closely as you adjust the range and can be overlayed as normal, another ghost image will also be visible that is projected at a comparatively much greater distance from the target and cannot be overlayed regardless of the range selected.
Expected Behavior
The target should be free of ghost images when the correct range is selected regardless of whether the target is cresting/skylined or not from your perspective.
To clarify the rangefinder already works as expected in other scenarios.
Screenshots
First screenshot shows the target correctly ranged ~900m but a ghost image of the target is still visible.
Second and Third image shows how it looks when I deliberately enter an incorrect range. If you look closely you can see the usual expected ghost (red outline in third image) that lines up closely with the target as well as the "anomalous" ghost (blue outline in third image) that is far to the side.
Fourth Image depicts two targets at very similar range. observe that the target on the crest of the hill has a prominent ghost but the target just before the crest does not.
Fifth image shows the rough positions I took the screenshots from (red circle is target location)
