Not entirely sure if this is a bug or not but it seems like it because it didn't happen before this build. All tanks stay stabilized while you are restocking ammunition.

To Reproduce
Go to any tank restock and the gun will still be stabilized when restocking unlike before. I've tested this with almost every tank and it happens to all of them.
