Pausing Game and changing setting mutes game #263

Describe the bug

when game is paused and you change a grpahical setting in the pause menu the game mutes and will not un mute.

NO To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.load any mission 2.pause the game

  1. open the menu
  2. open settings. 5.go to graphics tab
  3. change any setting
  4. close menu
  5. unpause game
  6. listen to the deafening roar of silence

Expected Behavior

setting changes and game is still loud aftereards
