Upon checking the list of open bug reports, this appears to be a near-duplicate of #214 (though Warsaw Pact behavior in this case is slightly different, i.e. APC replacement rather than additional unlisted BRDM-2s). Could this also be related to #239?
Describe the bug
Recon in Force [X] campaign missions gives incorrect platoon layout compared to what's listed on mission briefing.
First test--Expected M1 (IP?), M2 Bradley, M113(?). Received a single platoon of 2 Bradleys. Might be misremembering mission name and platoon composition as this was the mission that prompted this bug report, so I wasn't paying close attention to the briefing. However, some M1 variant was definitely listed. Second test--Expected M1 IP, M2 Bradley, M113. Received a single platoon of 2 Bradleys. Third test--Expected M2 Bradley, M113. Received 2 platoons of 2 Bradleys each. Fourth test--Expected M1, M2 Bradley, M113. Received a single platoon of 2 Bradleys. Fifth test--Expected M60A1 RISE (Passive), M2 Bradley, M113. Received a single platoon of 2 Bradleys. Sixth test--Expected M60A3 TTS, M2 Bradley, M113. Received a single platoon of 2 Bradleys. Seventh test--Switched to Warsaw Pact. Expected T-72M, BMP-1, SPW-60PB. Received a platoon of 2 BRDM-2s and a platoon consisting of 1 T-72M and 1 BMP-1. Eighth test--Expected BMP-1P, BTR-60PB. Received a platoon of 2 BRDM-2s and a platoon consisting of 1 T-80B and 2 BMP-1Ps. Ninth test--Expected T-64B, BMP-2, BTR-70. Received a platoon of 2 BRDM-2s and a platoon consisting of 1 T-64B and 2 BMP-2s.
NATO missions appear to be more severely affected, with no non-Bradley vehicles spawning. Warsaw Pact Recon missions only appear to have their APCs replaced with BRDM-2s.
