Fix compressorType "two stages" validation error #15

Currently hvacCoolingSystems compressorType can't be set. The correct value should be two stage (https://docs.radiantlabs.co/projects/modeling-api/en/latest/api.html#hvac-cooling-systems) but our validation requires it to be two stages. But setting it to two stages breaks modeling.

This is a bug on our part with a fix being reviewed now.
