Chisel now uses the new Overlays and toolbar functionality which can be found in Unity 2021.2
The toolbars can be found in the vertical ... dropdown in topright corner of the SceneView
Some icons are placeholders and will need to be properly made
The "Global" toolbar is a placeholder until we figure out where to put the buttons
Some overlays will only appear when you're in a particular editmode
2021.2 is now the base version we support
