Text SR Report styling #18

@sedghi Text Report styling is added as you have suggested.

TODO: When Bill's UICustomizationService gets merged to the master branch of OHIFv3, we might want enable customization of the Text SR rendering using the service.

I have upgraded the dicom-html extension's version to 3.4.1 And with this PR, we are adding a new mode @radicalimaging/mode-dicom-html, and this needs to be published
