Support AWS Session Token #28

It appears that ohif-aws-healthimaging supports AWS authentication with secretAccessKey and accessKeyId. We are using IAM Roles so we require the three authentication parameters for AWS HealthImaging requests: secretAccessKey, accessKeyId, and sessionToken
