Constantly be growing, weakening and hacking

To maximize hacking output we want to always be able to hack a server and we want to constantly be growing it.

Using one script to do all three things is crazy inefficient. It would be way better to have three scripts, one for each task.

we probably only want to assign enough threads to hack about 50% of the max value. Then have 10 to 100 times the number of threads to weaken, and like a third of that growing. We can possibly calculate more specific numbers, but experimenting might provide a reasonable ballpark range.

Growing strengthens a server pretty dramatically. 🤔 We might need to be a lot more conservative. We want it to take enough time to grow, so it can be kept sufficiently weakened, maybe that's the metric we use? Time to grow to full strength.
