Support planning multiple different recipes #4

Specifically for planning a mall.

Basically, allow creating a virtual recipe, and allow the user to change the amounts of each component required, so that each component can have a different production speed.

Could use a similar UI style to the customized proliferator, where the name of the recipe is a drop-down select that allows customizing what recipe to use.
