Chromium 84, macOS 10.15.7 - while it does render at a higher resolution, the pseudo-bolding applied mashes the horizontal lines in 䖅 (U+4585) together.

image Safari 14.0.3, macOS 10.15.7 - the pseudo-bolding does not seem to be as aggressive
