Add the ability for a user on the site to create their own badge with specific text like:
Upon creation all the params are also used to generate a unique url that can be shared and when visited while display the same badge.
A unique QR code will also need to be generated from that URL and placed on the badge, if possible. This is dependent on #55.
This is dependent on #53 and requires a complete redesign of the homepage
