In your DG, you mentioned that you were going to implement a data retention policy which aims to archive features, ensuring that data and records older than a certain period are archived or deleted. However, I do not see any mentioning or implementation of that NFR. Since the issue itself is labeled as severity low regardless, I believe that the NFR is a little unreasonable given such feature-rich product you have.
