Highlighting text in editor makes the window jump to the top #96

When highlighting text in the editor by presseing ctrl+[arrow button] that is not at the top of the document the window will jump to the top of the screen and thus it is not possible to see the text being highlighted.

@magnusulf Cannot reproduce, maybe it is browser specific. Is this still an issue for you with latest RadikalWiki?

It happens for me in Safari but not in Google Chrome (both on macOS). So it indeed seems to be browser specific.
